Revenue Sources

Pawiyatan: Journal of Teacher Professional Education is a non-commercial, open-access academic journal. The journal does not charge submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), or publication fees to authors or readers.

The primary sources of revenue and financial support for the journal include:

  • Institutional funding provided by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan, which supports journal management, platform maintenance, and publication activities.

  • Internal academic support, including editorial and administrative resources provided by the hosting institution.

  • Non-commercial partnerships or academic collaborations, where applicable, that support journal sustainability without influencing editorial decisions.

The journal does not rely on commercial advertising or sponsorship as a main source of income. Any accepted advertising or promotional activities, if applicable, are managed in accordance with the journal’s Advertising Policy and do not affect editorial independence.

Editorial decisions are made solely based on academic merit and ethical considerations, independent of financial or commercial interests.
