Repository Policy

Pawiyatan: Journal of Teacher Professional Education supports the dissemination and long-term preservation of published research through institutional and subject-based repositories. This policy outlines the journal’s position on the deposit, use, and distribution of published articles in repositories.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in:

Institutional repositories
Subject-based repositories
Personal or academic websites

Authors may archive the published version (Version of Record) of their article without embargo, provided that proper citation to the original publication in the journal is included.

Citation and Linking Requirement

When depositing articles in repositories, authors must clearly state the bibliographic details of the original publication and include a link to the article on the journal’s official website.

Copyright and Licensing

All archived articles must retain the original copyright notice and Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license applied by the journal. Repository use must comply with the terms of this license.

Publisher Archiving

The journal deposits all published content in the institutional repository of Universitas Islam Negeri K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan and supports digital preservation through recognized archiving systems to ensure long-term access.

Version Control

To maintain the integrity of the scholarly record, authors are encouraged to archive the final published version. Any updates, corrections, or retractions issued by the journal must be clearly indicated and linked to the original article.
