To qualify for authorship, each author must meet the following criteria:

Each author must have participated in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content, including the development of arguments, interpretation of legal materials, theoretical analysis, or discussion of research findings. -
Final Approval
All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission and agree to its publication if accepted by Jurnal Hukum Islam. -
Accountability and Research Integrity
All authors must agree to be accountable for their respective contributions and cooperate in addressing any questions concerning the accuracy, originality, integrity, or ethical conduct of the research. -

Individuals who have made such contributions may be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section, with their consent.
