Author Fees and Publication Charges
Jurnal Hukum Islam (JHI) is committed to transparent and accessible scholarly publishing. The journal applies the following publication fee policy:

Submission Fee: Free of charge. Authors are not required to pay any fee when submitting a manuscript.

Fast-Track Review Fee: Free of charge. No additional fee is charged for expedited editorial processing, where available.

Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 550 per accepted article.

Publication Fee Waiver: USD 0 for eligible authors granted a full waiver in accordance with the journal's applicable waiver policy.
The Article Processing Charge covers publication-related expenses in accordance with the journal's publishing arrangements. Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's editorial standards and peer-review procedures.
Authors are advised to confirm any applicable payment instructions with the editorial office after their manuscripts have been formally accepted. No payment should be made to unofficial accounts or individuals.
