Abstract

Life in the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is certainly very demanding for the world of education in general and mathematics education in particular to take advantage of the development of information and communication technology in learning. This has also been stated in the objectives of the 2013 curriculum which emphasizes that learning can facilitate students in creativity in accordance with the development of science and technology. One of the impacts of the development of knowledge and technology in question is the "popularity" of android-based smartphone devices among students. This phenomenon can certainly be used by teachers in supporting the mathematics learning process in the classroom, one way is by utilizing the function of android as a learning medium. This article is a study literature. Written to discuss the use of Smart Apps Creator in developing android-based mathematics learning media. Furthermore, related to how this application-based media design can facilitate student mathematics learning outcomes is also discussed in this article.
