The use of manipulative media and learning STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is one of the right approaches to attract the attention of elementary school students in mathematics because it can be related to other fields of science. This study aims to produce a product in the form of manipulative media that is valid, practical and effective as a teacher's aid in presenting material for Data Collection and Presentation. This research is a research and development (R&D) using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate) developed by Thiagarajan. The type of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data with research instruments in the form of media and material validation sheets, practical sheets and student questionnaire responses to learning media and question sheets. The results showed that the manipulative learning media developed fulfilled the appropriate category and could be used based on the results of media and material validation with an average percentage of 88.75% and practical and effective help students understand the concepts in the Data Collection and Presentation material.
