EVALUASI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DI DESA BONDANSARIKECAMATAN WIRADESA

Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, including Indonesia. Therefore, every country is trying to compete for the welfare of its people. The Family Hope Program as a program that aims to break the poverty chain, but in its journey there are many obstacles and problems which include data on beneficiaries, distribution of aid, misappropriation of companions and so on. This study aims to determine the evaluation of PKH in Bondansari Village, Wiradesa District. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with the technique of determining informants using snowball sampling, and data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that this program is able to break the chain of poverty by helping beneficiaries meet their daily needs. In addition, PKH is able to encourage beneficiaries to comply with the terms and obligations provided as the main means of the educational process. However, there are still other things that are used as material for evaluating the implementation of PKH, namely the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program which has been running quite well even though there are a few obstacles in its implementation and the accuracy of targeting some PKH beneficiaries where the data received from the center or BPS sometimes does not match the situation.
