ANALISIS PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAN PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH TERHAPAT PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DIKABUPATEN SEMARANG TAHUN 2012-2021

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of local government revenue and expenditure on economic growth in Semarang Regency in 2012-2021. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data sources, namely data on interest rates and economic growth in Semarang Regency in 2012-2021 on the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The technique used in this study uses econometric analysis techniques. Econometric analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test (test for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, linearity) and simple linear regression test using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that the role of interest rates in the economy in Indonesia, the effect of interest rates on Indonesia's economic growth is that the simultaneous effect of variable X on variable Y is 97.2%. This figure means that the effect of interest rates on Indonesia's economic growth is 97.2%. The remaining 2.8% (100%-97.2%) is influenced by other factors.
