Pengaruh Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Pendidikan Dan Kesehatan Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Jawa Tengah (Tahun 2016-2018)
Abstract
Human development is one of the absolute requirements for the survival of the nation in order to produce quality human resources. The achievement of human development goals is reflected in the size of the Human Development Index (IPM). And one of the benchmarks used to look at the quality of human life is the Human Development Index (IPM), which is measured by looking at the level of quality of education and health. The high Human Development Index is closely related to government policies in public sector spending. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of government spending on the education and health sectors on the human development index in Central Java province using secondary data for the 2016-2018 observation period obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics in the form of Human Development Index data and the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb). ) Central Java Province, namely in the form of data on the allocation of government expenditure in the education sector, allocation of government expenditure in the health sector in 35 Regencies/Cities of Central Java Province in 2016- 2018 and then processed using the panel data regression method with the eviews 12 program as a processing tool. The results of the study show that government spending on the education sector has a positive and significant effect on the HDI in Central Java Province in 2016-2018. Meanwhile, government spending on the health sector had no (negative) and significant effect on the HDI in Central Java in 2016- 2018.
