Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (Studi Kasus Desa Pagumenganmas Kec. Karangdadap)
Abstract
The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social assistance program distributed by the government to the poor. PKH is one of the methods used by the government to overcome poverty in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze public perceptions of the program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. From this study it can be concluded that overall social assistance recipients have a positive perception of PKH. Apart from that, there are also positive and negative perceptions, starting from the positive side, namely increasing health status, increasing education of family members, improving the social welfare of poor families, helping to reduce expenditure burdens, increasing family income. And the negative perception is that it increases the state debt, reduces the enthusiasm of the head of the family to make a living and reduces the productive level of society.
