PERAN PROGRAM STUDI EKONOMI SYARIAH IAIN PEKALONGAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN SDM EKONOMI SYARIAH

Abstract

The increasing number of Muslim population in the world makes sharia economy a major need today. However, this is not supported by adequate human resources. There are many paths that can be taken to produce qualified human resources, one of which is through universities. By using qualitative research methods, researchers will find out how big the role of the Islamic economics study program at IAIN Pekalongan is in developing Islamic Economics HR, with the interview method, it is hoped that this research can find more specific results. In producing qualified Islamic economic human resources, the Islamic economics study program uses several methods; (1) Through existing learning, (2) By using a structured curriculum, (3) collaborating with other institutions, (4) and other learning outside the course. Thus the Islamic economics study program at IAIN Pekalongan is very instrumental in increasing human resources who understand Islamic economics.
