TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP JUAL BELI PULSA TOKEN LISTRIK
Abstract
Humans are social creatures, who live side by side and need each other in order to meet their needs. One form of muamalah to meet the needs is buying and selling electricity token pulses. Prepaid electricity is a product of the State Electricity Company (PLN) making a new innovation called Prepaid Electricity (LPB). With this facility, users can charge their own electricity with a card and save electricity consumption. Using PLN Tokens can also mean using Smart Electricity or Prepaid Electricity. In this case, we have to pay first, meaning to buy PLN tokens before we enjoy electricity facilities. The problem in this research is that consumers will get kWh which is not the same as the nominal price of the money spent. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the buying and selling system of electricity tokens at PT. PLN Tegal Branch and review of Islamic law regarding the sale and purchase of electricity tokens at PT. PLN Tegal Branch. While the purpose of this study was to determine the buying and selling system of electricity tokens at PT. PLN Tegal Branch and to find out a review of Islamic law regarding buying and selling electricity tokens at PT. PLN Tegal Branch. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources, namely data sources obtained directly from PT. PLN employees, sellers and buyers and secondary data sources, namely data sources obtained from records and books related to the problems that the authors examine. The
approach taken is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the practice of selling electricity token pulses. Purchase of electricity token pulses, the price of money we spend is not the same as the kWh we get. This practice does not include usury, because electricity token pulses are not rupiah currency, even though the unit is rupiah, so they do not have to be traded in tamatsul (with the same value). This is declared valid and permissible, because it fulfills the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase and does not conflict with Islamic law.
