Kepemimpinan Profetik dan Transformasi Organisasi Dakwah Kontemporer: Integrasi Nilai Kenabian dalam Manajemen Perubahan Lembaga di Era Digital

This study comprehensively examines the prophetic leadership model as the foundation for transforming contemporary da'wah organizations amid the dynamics of the digital era and Society 5.0. Using a qualitative approach based on a systematic literature review (SLR), this article analyzes the integration of prophetic values siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathonah as strategic instruments in promoting adaptive, innovative, and sustainable institutional change in da'wah organizations. The study finds that prophetic leadership is not merely normative-spiritual in dimension, but also functions as a catalyst for structural transformation capable of addressing the challenges of modernity without sacrificing Islamic values. The results show that da'wah organizations that systematically integrate the prophetic leadership model are able to build an innovative organizational culture, improve the effectiveness of digital da'wah, and strengthen internal cohesion amid social change pressures. This article formulates a Prophetic Leadership Adaptation Model (Model Kepemimpinan Profetik Adaptif/MKPA) that includes digital literacy, cross-sector collaboration, and the strengthening of maqashid sharia as the orientation of transformation. This model is expected to serve as a practical framework for da'wah organization leaders in navigating contemporary complexities.
