Strategi Komunikasi dalam Implementasi Moderasi Beragama Di UIN Prof. K.H Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto

The dynamics of globalization necessitate that State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) transform from traditional management toward agile governance. This research aims to analyze the implementation strategy of religious moderation-based management at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto in response to its status as a Public Service Agency (BLU). Utilizing a qualitative descriptive case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, with analysis conducted using the interactive model. Research findings indicate that the institution has implemented strategic autonomy through a bottom-up planning pattern, wherein faculties are granted broad authority in budget management and independent curriculum development. This success is supported by the synergy of shared leadership and a digital accountability culture through real-time monitoring systems. Implicitly, autonomy enhances academic productivity and institutional distinction, although it remains hindered by variations in human resource managerial capacity and the rigidity of central regulations. It is concluded that this strategy is effective in creating an adaptive educational ecosystem. It is recommended that relevant institutions perform more flexible regulatory harmonization and intensify managerial capacity-building programs for administrative staff to optimize the flexibility of campus autonomy.
