Analisis Pentingnya Dana Pensiun sebagai Jaminan Hari Tua

Abstract

One of the best methods for getting ready to earn in retirement is joining a retirement plan. The purpose of this study is to find out how important pension funds are as old age insurance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely in the form of written sentences and factual statements from informants through interviews and the behavior of informants who have been observed by researchers. The data obtained by the researcher is in the form of primary data, namely the results of interviews and secondary data obtained from the results of articles, books and journals. The results of this study show that the existence of a pension fund is very important as a guarantee for old age because the existence of a pension fund can provide many benefits for recipients.
