<b>Pengelolaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani di LAZISMU Purbalingga untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan</b>

Human resource management and recruitment processes in zakat management institutions have characteristics that differ from those in non-social institutions or companies. Their employees generally possess a strong spirit of volunteerism and high social concern. The management of zakat institutions, whether under government or private sectors, has important functions that must be understood to ensure that program implementation runs effectively and produces optimal outcomes. These functions are essentially aligned with management principles, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. This study aims to identify and analyze the management of human resource management in improving the quality of employee performance at LAZISMU Purbalingga Regency, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis applies the Miles and Huberman Theory, which consists of three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the management of human resources at LAZISMU Purbalingga has been carried out in accordance with management functions, starting from human resource planning initiated through a recruitment system, followed by organizing activities and task distribution. Direction is also provided before activities begin, and supervision is conducted in every program sector. Each stage has structured programs, enabling organizational goals to be achieved more effectively.
