Using a qualitative approach and data collection through observation, interviews and FGDs, this research maps the condition of educational facilities from PAUD to high school levels and identifies existing challenges and potential. The research results show that there are several problems such as a lack of library restructuring and a lack of use of technology at the junior high school level. However, this research also reveals the potential for students to increase literacy and use of technology, as well as interest in learning local culture. From the research results, it is recommended to improve educational facilities, such as restructuring libraries and introducing technology, as well as learning local culture as an effort to realize adaptive quality education in Lembang Marinding, Tana Toraja. This article discusses the use of Excel to help prepare financial reports. To support the smooth learning process in educational institutions, in this case Islamic boarding schools, a section, namely administration, is needed that supports these activities. The administration of an educational institution is the spearhead of the institution's educational services, which directly handle internal and external services. However, administrative staff are still not good enough to serve administrative administration due to several obstacles. This is no exception in the education sector. Through Microsoft Excel, financial reports can be prepared in a shorter cycle, from preparing journals to simple financial reports.
