This research is quantitative research with an experimental approach using a Posttest Only Control Group Design. The research subjects consisted of 2 classes at SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa, namely class X3 as the experimental class and class X5 as the control class. The data collection method used is the test method. The research results showed that there was a difference in the average creative thinking ability between the experimental class and the control class. students' creative thinking abilities because they exceed the previously determined KKM value. However, the development of teaching materials that integrate local cultural contexts is still not widely practiced. This study aims to (1) describe the results of exploring the architecture of the Grand Mosque of Sang Cipta Rasa Cirebon as a teaching material for mathematics, (2) determine students' responses to the mathematics teaching material resulting from the exploration of the architecture of the Grand Mosque of Sang Cipta Rasa Cirebon, and (3) determine the difference in mathematics learning outcomes before and after using the mathematics module. This study applied the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). In the architecture of the Grand Mosque of Sang Cipta Rasa, concepts of two-dimensional shapes such as triangles and quadrilaterals were found, including squares, rectangles, trapezoids, and rhombuses. The expert validation results show that the developed mathematics module is highly feasible to implement, with percentages of content, presentation, and language feasibility aspects reaching 88%, 90%, and 89% respectively. Students' responses to the mathematics module were categorized as good (71%). Paired sample t-test results show that students' learning outcomes before and after using the developed mathematics module are significantly different, with higher learning outcomes after using the mathematics module compared to before its use. Thus, the mathematics module resulting from the exploration of the architecture of the Grand Mosque of Sang Cipta Rasa Cirebon can be implemented in learning to improve mathematics learning outcomes.
Niken Nirvania Thifaliani Herani Tri Lestiana Indah Nursuprianah Copyright (c) 2024 Niken Nirvania Thifaliani, Herani Tri Lestiana, Indah Nursuprianah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-26 2024-03-26 4 1 11 24 Kategori Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Bunga Tunggal dan Majemuk https://e-journal.uingusdur.ac.id/circle/article/view/circle41243
The research was conducted to categorize and describe the creative thinking ability of students of SMK Ma'wattaibin Banjarejo Pagelaran in solving mathematical problems on single flower and compound flower materials. The research involved 13 students of grade X with different abilities in the even semester because according to the material, single flower and compound flower were taught. The research method used was qualitative-descriptive. Written tests and interviews were used for data collection. Students were given a written test with 2 questions containing indicators of creative thinking skills. The results of the students' answers were analyzed based on indicators of creative thinking ability and then categorized based on the level of creative thinking ability (TKBK). The indicators of creative thinking ability used are fluency, flexibility and novelty. There are five levels of TKBK, including TKBK level 0 (not creative), level 1 (less creative), level 2 (moderately creative), level 3 (creative) and level 4 (very creative). Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and inference. Triangulation techniques were also used in this study. The results showed that there were 38% students in the uncreative category, 47% students in the less creative category, 15% students in the moderately creative category and no students in the creative and highly creative categories. Students at the uncreative level cannot fulfill any of the indicators of creative thinking ability. Students in the less creative level can only fulfill the fluency indicator according to their abilities. Students at the moderately creative level can only fulfill the flexibility indicator according to their abilities. Teachers need to train different mathematical problems that have different answers for students. This research is limited to categorizing and describing students' creative thinking skills, as further research can be carried out in relation to strategies to improve students' mathematical creative thinking skills.
Ucik Handayani Rohmatul Hasanah Copyright (c) 2024 Ucik Handayani, Rohmatul Hasanah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-26 2024-03-26 4 1 25 41 Pengembangan E-Modul Berbasis Ethno-STEM pada Materi Geometri https://e-journal.uingusdur.ac.id/circle/article/view/circle41244
This research is motivated by problems in the learning process. The type of research used is quasi experimental research, and the research design used is a 2x3 factorial design. Research data was obtained from test results and student learning independence questionnaires. Test the research hypothesis using two-way analysis of variance with unequal cells. Research results: 1) Learning outcomes with the application of the MMP model are better than conventional models; 2) Students who have high learning independence have better learning outcomes compared to students who have medium and low levels of learning independence, likewise students with moderate learning independence have better learning outcomes compared to students who have low levels of learning independence; 3) Students with high, medium or low learning independence in the MMP learning model have better learning outcomes compared to the learning outcomes of students who have independence in the same category in the conventional model. Thus, it can be concluded that the MMP model of learning obtains better learning outcomes compared to learning with the conventional model. Apart from that, student learning independence greatly influences the learning outcomes obtained. Thus, students' mathematics learning outcomes are equally influenced by the learning model and student learning independence.
Indrawati Sismy Zaida Putu Eka Pethiwi Lestari Copyright (c) 2024 Indrawati, Sismy Zaida, Putu Eka Pethiwi Lestari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-03-26 2024-03-26 4 1 52 64 Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran PjBL Berbantuan E-Linier terhadap Pemahaman Konsep dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Materi SPLDV https://e-journal.uingusdur.ac.id/circle/article/view/circle41246
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using project-based learning models supported by E-Linear in increasing students' understanding of concepts and learning motivation.
